1. About Pelanurix
Pelanurix is an online shop operated by Etilus UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rüppurrer Str. 94, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany. The company is registered with the Amtsgericht Mannheim under HRB 758257 and is represented by Managing Director Sabri Karsli.
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through pelanurix.com by consumers. A consumer is a natural person entering into a transaction mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Products and Information
Pelanurix offers clothing textiles through its online shop. We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and other information as accurately as possible.
Minor differences in appearance may occur depending on screen settings or other technical factors. Obvious errors in product information or pricing do not create a right to purchase an item at an incorrect price.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
Products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order. By completing checkout and submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order is submitted, an electronic confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted or the goods are dispatched, depending on the confirmation provided during the ordering process.
We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a valid reason, for example where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information supplied for the order is incomplete or incorrect, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
The price applicable to an order is the price shown during checkout when the order is placed. Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.
5. Delivery
Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform Pelanurix of the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. This can be done by contacting info@pelanurix.com.
After declaring withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and within the legally applicable period. Details about returns, refunds and exceptions are provided in the Returns & Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Product Inspection and Loss of Value
Customers may inspect clothing in a manner reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, similar to what would normally be possible in a physical shop.
Where returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this causes a loss in value, the customer may be responsible for that loss in accordance with applicable law.
8. Defective or Incorrect Goods
Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Customers who receive a product with a problem should contact info@pelanurix.com and provide the order information and a description of the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, layout, text, graphics and other original material made available by Pelanurix are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
10. Website Use
The website must not be used unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation, security or availability. Users must not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
11. Liability
Etilus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) remains liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health where applicable.
Any further liability is governed by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or restrict rights that consumers cannot waive under mandatory law.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on pelanurix.com.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary, including to reflect changes to the shop, technical processes or legal requirements. The terms applicable to an order are those made available when that order is placed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Applicable Law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of habitual residence.
